Thread: Structures losing admin lists???
our guild has had this problem with 4 houses and 2 factories so far...
The thing that these houses/factories had in common was that a new person was added to the admin lists or the building was recently placed.
all the other homes are fine.... we had to moeve everything out and redeed the houses to get them to work proper again and the factories will try the transferstructure on tommorrow i guess... but today we tried it on a medium house and the person who trasnfered the structure didnt get his 2 lots back... so a bit scared to use that command now if u dont get your lots back when u give a structure to someone else..

I am looking into the global issue of fixing the problem.
However, you will need Customer Service to help you recover whatever it is that you have lost.

Now all I need to do is figure out how to get a CSR to actually RESPOND... My ticket has gone unread for 2 weeks now... 
The workaround is to have the owner /transferstructure to someone else, then that other person gets added to the previously empty admin list. Just transfer ownership back and everything is back to normal.
