best animals will be BE pets. the fever over anti-developer sentiment was repeated several times over in that time, but it seems to have just reached a peace for now.

Yay for old Musician friends!
I'll let others talk about what's new, in the meantime I'm about to post some hopeful news, and then get back to RL work

Ok, so I've been gone for a few months, but still been checking in from time to time (You've been doing a great job,Aleyo
). Just can't seem to get performing out of my head, even while I'm playing something else.
As the topic asks, What's New? What changes have been made to our dear profession since November, both good and bad?
I've heard rumors of new food/drink, and changes to buffing. I've even heard Jabba's finally changed the cushion on his dias. But that may just be a rumor.
As much as I hate to quote Jar Jar, "Ahhh...any hep hair would be hot."

Hi folks.
I just decided to give SWG another go, simply because I have time to myself again. I just wanted to say hi, and get an idea of what's been happening with us Entertainers while I've been gone.
I left just before JTL was released. I was an entertainer from the start... Mastered Musician in three months (never once AFK and a lot of time in the Rori Cantina.
) Just wanted to see where we are. I'm downloading all those nasty updates, so I can't tell if my good old Aef is still there.
So uh... I'm trying to figure out what's happened, and so far it hasn't looked very good. Stat migrations are gone from ID's, I gather (I'm just two boxes away from master there), which doesn't sound great, and um... BF is gone? That makes me a little worried too. And how do Inspiration buffs work? And FINALLY, and probably most importantly, are there still people worth talking to that visit the Cantinas? Or have ATK players just about disappeared? (Valcyn server for me. But generally what's going on in other servers is pretty much happening in other servers.)
It already feels good to be back, and I haven't touched the game beyond updating it and renewing my subscription yet.

Welcome back, Aefoaw.
I'd suggest a jaunt through the FAQ to answer most of the questions you asked. And the others could probably be answered by taking a look at the "Useful Clickies" post in the FAQ as well as going through the top issues list (stickied at the top, beneath the FAQ sticky.
