That's what several of us have said now so yes, we DO mean that the quality of the materials used in the walls doesn't mean anything at all.

I'll have to give this a try (the tip about using lubricating oil instead of fiberplast to fulfill the chem requirement) I assumed that you'd take a penalty for not usinga chemical with UT so I always was trying to find the highest UT chem avail (various fiberplasts) which obviously was a pain. If I can just use a chem that doesnt have UT/HR/SR then it will be a heck of alot easier to get good results than to scramble to find yet another good resource with high UT/HR/SR.
