Thread: New Architect, out of credits, out of resources...
Just another note on the bazaar sales, watch your sales too, if you see one or two people buying all of your material up, contact them thank them for their purchase and see if they'd like to place an order for more of the material. If so, you could move into some bulk sales, which would further reduce your listing costs (not much I realize, but credits are credits when you're first getting going) and you might just get a return customer as far as mineral sales go.
Who knows, you might even enjoy the resource business a bit...
In the third week of the game, there were no artisan missions.
when i was grinding architect in the 3rd week the game was live, i ran artisan missions for 2 hours a day for cash

this is a dirty lie as artsian, entertainer, and explorer mission terminals werent made until the first patch, almost a month and a half into the game

aww i didnt read all the way down god giddy at this lie and posted, then read through the whole thing and say urs,
Now that they are available now (surver missions) If you WP a good % spot and get a vehicle i could make 60k an hour grinding the missions if i didnt have to look for them for to long.
Essentially besides *explicitly* running missions for cash as a practice, you are in addition getting the system to pay you anytime you move from one place to another. It's easy to pick up an extra 2-5K per day just by being "cheap" like this - and that's maint for a couple of harvester days.
ONe other easy money tip: Speculating on the bazaar. Look for items that are listed for cheap then buy them and relist them at the going rate. e.g. if locked containers are going for 3k on the bazaar and someone lists one for 500 cr then buy it and resell for 2900 cr. This does take a little capital to get started but can be well worth it. This sounds like obvious buy low and sell high advice (which it is) but you'd be surprised how many great deals you can find if you watch the bazaar a lot. I've even found heavy harvesters on the bazaar. Course they were the obsolete 7 BER models but thats still worth a lot more than 3k. Once I bought 19k of polymer for 500 credits. (guessing someone made an error, I sold a house for 750cr on the bazaar by accident once myself). You'll have to figure out how much stuff usually sells for to do this well. So whatch the bazaar a bit and see what sells and what doesn't first. Also watch the trade forums for your server to see whats hot. Sometimes people are in desperate need for a certain type of material like Duralloy steel or Irolun gas or whatever which hasn't been around for a month or two and you can occasionally find a pile of such older stuff on the bazaar for a reasonable price.
