Actually... On the decay.

We will be able to craft light bulbs and candles to replace them when they burn out. They last mid-month to a month.

However... I read some where that the bulbs and candles won't be in publish 7 but later. And because of that, lightening won't actually decay until a later publish when they add them in. - Not entirely sure on what was said for I didn't pay attention and can't find it, but I believe that was it.
