Thread: What resources do i need(pls Everyone look need help)

While I agree that ore is a big market item for Architects, there is another item that is often overlooked.
COPPER and ALUMINUM.
Of course everyone is going to have different systems in what they do, but typically this is how my layout looks:
To make 100 walls I need:
210,300 units of ore
70,250 units ofmetal (any metal)
Those figures are exact because they include the resources used in making the schematics.
Copper and Aluminium are also used in Generator Turbines, we use a lot of those in making harvesters, they also need reactive gas. Each gen turbine uses :
500 Aluminum
250 Copper
150 Non-Ferrous metal
200 Reactive gas
plus steel, carbonate ore and chemicals.
That is a lot of copper, alu, reactive.
LadyLeala, I think you miscalculated how much ore and metal you need for 100 walls. (99 actually if you make 1000 structurals)
1000 structural modules (+1 for schematic so 1001)= 200,200 ore / 50,050 metal
99Walls (+1 for schematic) = 1000 structurals (10 used in schematic) + 20,200 ore / 30,300 metal
Total to make 99 walls = 220,400 ore + 80,350 metal
for 100 walls it is 222,400 + 80,850
Unless you plan on running a major operation, you probably should try to limit what resources you get. Getting resource contracts is a pretty good way of focusing your efforts. Architects can use a variety of materials. Ore, steel, copper, aluminium, lube oil/liquid petrochem and reactive gas probably top the list. And high stat-ed ore and steel on top of those.
I'm not sure it was mentioned, but power is a more general need for the general population. Anyone who runs a decent sized operation tends to have power issues. And power is cheaper to harvest than other resources.
Firstly ORE (as if you hadn't guessed)..
Then Aluminium..
Then reactive gas - we don't use so much of it, but it's essential for Turbines and it's a pain to get hold of decent quantities

I can't see the part you refer to, gets cut off at the bottom. It amy be my PC, but maybe you want to take a look at that
