Or perhaps you need to each find niche's in the architect profession and not do it all. There are people who are willing to mine ore and the other materials and sell it to you. You don't need lots for harvesters. I'm sure there are people who would be willing to run factories for you. There are people who are only interested in final assembly.

The game is young so many of these slots have yet to seperate, but I think you will have more fun when you stop trying to do it all yourself.

Wow .. I can tell several responders in this thread have absolutely no serious experience as an architect.

#1) Other than Tat & Naboo the other medium houses are tiny, 4 rooms, no second floor, no balcony, no basement.

#2) An Architect has _NO_ choice but to mine his own materials, absolutely none. Purchasing from a miner is not an option for us. On the best of days with a non greedy miner they will sell materials for 3:1, I can't sell finished goods at that price ! I have to sell at 2.5:1 or I just flat out don't sell anything.

The architecture economy is broken, there is no money whatsoever in it. I'm still pushing along because I enjoy building structures, but only because I am financed by my guild can i afford the losses of 2.5:1 sales and maintaining my harvestors. (I would actually be generating a small profit if there wasn't the 50k every 3-4 days cost of picking up all my medium harvestors and moving them because the Ore doesn't last long enough).

Architects should have 15 lots, we are builders.

Lot allowance needs to go up as you progress in the various crafting trees, or for others to be able to share their lots with others without having to place the things for the other person. I loan out my 8 extra lots to my buddy for mineral extractors, but it is somewhat tedious to have to get me to move them and then re-admin them each time, for him and me. I know selling of lots would be a terrible idea, but loaning them to others would still keep the properties down, since you are limiting the person loaning to less structures.
