My only complaint is not the time at all. Rather it is the clicking. There should be a "make last item" macro simple as that. Time is fine, the pain in my right arm is not.

Leave the difficulty but not by making it physically painful. Also architect is not the only profession like this.

If you make any change to the game I say allow us to reduce the clicks to 1/item.

I really want to know what the heck ppl are making too. I started on day one, been playing about 12 hrs a day since I am off, and only have about 3k exp into novice. I don't have unlimited resouces tho I have been macroin some at night to get more. Anything besides powerups only gives about 1-2 exp per resource and cliking thru the menues to get them done is a real pain. I am in no hurry but I also don't like to just make something for a piddly 40 exp and destroy it when I need 33k exp. If I try to make bone armor for a bit more exp, I need to take time out to actually hunt the mobs for a measly 5-7 bone/hide per or else pay outrageus prices for them from gougers out there and probably end up losing money on it. I prefer to make things and sell them, but there is only so many tools and weapons you can make til it is overflowing. Heck, I saw ppl yesterday just giving things away and begging others to use them. Not my idea of a fun way to advance. Sample, burn, sample, burn. I will be nuts before I get anywhere at this rate. I am also a solo person, no PA etc or others to harvest for me.

Give up the secrets if you have any. I have tried all I know from beta exp and anything else I can figure out.

Wow...I think Im lost...lol j/k I came to this board looking for where all you architects are...I need myself a shop hehe. Anyways, I saw this thread and decide to post about it, considering, even though I am an aspiring droid engineer, all of the crafter classes are in the same boat essentially (droid engineers need 28k for novice =/) Now, I think I've found a system finally that works or atleast works for me. In the morning, I gain quite a good amount of resources by just doing a tv/sample routine. If I just start sampling, and leave it, and go watch tv, depending on what I watch, when its commercial sometimes I'll be standing up with full action bar again or sometimes I'll just be ending my sampling. This seems to work good and fetches about 1000 resources an hour. Then just break your hand off trying to grind out some powerups. I find if you work hard and just keep at it, eventually your hand WILL go numb and you will be going very very fast. Try it. And lastly, like someone said earlier, plan your time wisely and use it wisely. In the time it took me to write this post, I recovered my action bar and sampled 2 times. Cya!

WRONG! What it did was keep every Tom, **edit**, and Harry from crafting on the side to build thier own house. Architecture should be the hardest profession to master because it takes the most resources. Novice Architect was, and still is, rather easy to obtain.

I'm on Starsider and have been working arch for about 3 days. Right now, I'm at 0-3-0-0. I've been making equipment factories. You get tons of xp for each one, after making all the components that go into it. Plus, I've been able to sell the factories to keep from having a complete financial collapse. I should have construction 4 done tomorrow and then its up the factories line. Structure xp requires too many resources for me just to grind and throw away. And I'm with the previous poster, I'm totally limited by ore....hardest thing to get large quantities of right now.
