Thread: Question for Architects: What's the MAXIMUM POSSIBLE rating of Private Crafting Stations?

Problem is that unless you try taking each of the professions needed for making the sub combines, you cannot be fully sure of the quality of the item. I recently found out that part of my stations only reaching +35.9 was some crappy artisan Sub combines, got some of those up to around 70-80% and raised it another 2 points... next I go after droid storage units. Grr...
The copper I've been using for the station is a 999 Cond copper. Soon as a better one shows up though...
Yeah... I use the following in my stations now:
100% GP Modules
100% Energy Distribs
100% Control Units
100% Droid storage compartments
92% Micro Sensor Suites (the only crummy resource here is the conductivity rating on my Steel)
999 Conductivity copper for the final combine
Putting all of that together, I get 44.20 craft stations every time.
I would have made some 45.0 schematics, but the server went down just before I was able to. ![]()
How the heck do you get 100%
I've experimented with a few different things and ive used thousands of 999 and 1000 stat materials but i only get 99% max !!!!
I've experimented HUNDREDSof itemsto only get 99% max !!!!
I've gotten 3 awsome's on one linewhile making anitem a few times but still only 99% !!!!!
I've gotten 99% stats and still have like 2-4 points left !!!!
100% is impssible in my experience

If that's what you want to do, then more power to ya. But I calculated the cost of my stations the other day and the value of the raw resources alone for one station is over 17K. Obviously your server might be different, but the high quality materials required for a high end station are going to be valuable an any server.
From day one I started as a miner in the game. I got architect just to make harvestors for myself and my guild. I didn't sell any buildings for a long time. When experimentation was instituted for stations I was in a great position to make excellent stations and most of the resources I had gathered myself. I make a decent profit at 16K and just about everyone on Ahazi knows how to get my shop even though we are 2K from the closest shuttle. Offering them at this price also attracts a ton of business for my harvestors and weapon lines as well as all my guildmates shops.

Should we mentionthe Devs have NEVER told us what high-rated crafting stations do? And afew tests by playersseem to indicate that high-rated crafting stations don't help with experimentation, and only slightly help with critical failures?
Ssssshhhh, let keep this a secret...
