Question titled: "How do I manage my house?"
Has the following:
"2) Pay Maintenance: Harvesters require maintenance to function correctly. If you fail to pay your maintenance fees, the harvester will stop functioning, fall into disrepair, and eventually disappear. This window will allow you to pay credits in to the structure’s maintenance pool. You can either type the amount in or use the slider. Be careful that you don’t pay more money than you want as once you put credits in to the maintenance pool you will not be able to pull them back out.
3) Set Name: Here you can change the name of your harvester. Please be aware that the normal naming rules (found under “Rules and Policies” on the main SWG website at www.starwarsgalaxies.com) apply to structures as well. You should also not use your harvester name to harass other players."
Apparent copy/ paste error. Talks about harvesters but this is a question about houses.
When it says:
"4) Declare Residence: Use this option to declare this house your residence. You can only have one residence, and only the owner can declare residence. If your house is within the radius of a player owned city, declaring residence in that house will make you a citizen of the city."
It would be a good addition for this item to point out that you can only declare residence once in a 24 hr period so if you declare residence you'll have to wait 24hr until you do so again.
...
"6) Create Vendor: In order for this option to show up you will need at least the Business III: Business Ownership skill under the Artisan Profession. Your house must also public to use this option."
Grammatical error, should read "Your house must also be public to use this option."
...
"9) Find Lost Items: This is used to recover items lost inside walls. Using this option and press the OK button on the explanation window will move the first item in your house to your location."
Another grammatical error. Should read "Using this option and pressing the OK button..."
...
Under item 11) it says:
"-Maintenance will show how many credits are in the maintenance pool out of how many credits are needed to reclaim the deed. The number of credits needed is how many credits it will take to make get the structure up to 100% condition plus how many credits are needed for the deed reclaiming cost. This cost is higher the bigger the structure."
Grammatical error... should read "The number of credits needed is how many credits it will take to get the structure ..."
Under Structure permissions section item 1) it says: "Please be very careful who you give administrator rights to on your hosue."
Obviously the word "house" is misspelled.
Question : My house is missing
Says:
Has the terrain changed? Is it possible that your structure is buried in the geometry or that another larger structure has been placed on top of it?
To this I say.. HUH? "Has the terrain changed?" ... Should it? Are you guys randomly changing terrain on top of houses? I didn't think so. If you are then STOP IT.
And "Is it possible... that another larger structure has been placed on top of it?" Well I certainly hopethat is not possible. Players certainly can't drop buildings on top of one another. And I assume that dynamic spawns shouldn't pop up on top of our houses.
I think those 2 sentences are just plain confusing and ought to be deleted from the solution. Or at the very least reworded to clarify whatever its supposed to be saying.
Question: "What is the maximum amount you can sell any item for in the Bizarre?"
Need I say more?
Good eye! I fixed those errors, and resolved a few more issues I found with this entry. Thank you!

I reworded the section to say this:
"Has the terrain changed? If a POI or Lair has been created near your house or structure it is possible that the server changed the terrain temporarily to create space for the POI or Lair. The Development team is working to ensure this type of modification does not obscure houses but for now it may be possible that a nearby lair has made your structure difficult to locate. If this is the case when the lair is removed your structure will appear."

Question: Where do I get a house?
The answer to this question does not contain the word "architect". I think it should.
I also think it would be a good idea to spell out exactly which houses people can not build on. You can figure it out by process of elimination but may as well just come out and say it.
I changed it to mention Architects several times but I'm not clear on what you mean by "exactly which houses people can not build on." Can you clarify that?
Fixed - thanks for the heads up. At least it had the proper credit amount!

I meant to say that :
I also think it would be a good idea to spell out exactly which planets people can not build on. You can figure it out by process of elimination but may as well just come out and say it.
Thanks for working on these so quickly David. I'll see if I can find some more to nitpick. And I'll try to not make grammatical errors of my own next time.
Here's a question that I don't see in the KB:
What factory do I use to make medicine?
The question: How does the Potential Energy of a power resources effect the amount of energy units deposited to a structure?
Says:
Power sources with Potential Energy values greater than 500 gain efficiency bonuses. This efficiency bonus increased proportionately to 1000 Potential Energy.
I'd elaborate on this and point out that for PE over 500 the energy output is equal to PE / 500. So PE = 1000 gives energy of 2 while PE of 750 gives 1.5 energy.
