You guys do realize that you do not recieve the new schematic immediately after returning to the currator right? The quest itself is just to vote on the one you would like to see and after two weeks or so you will be able to buy the schematic. The one that he is selling up until the vote is completed is the winner of the last voting round. I complete the quest and my vote was registered on Starsider without a problem.
