dude, who cares. If that guy wants 90k for making a PA hall. Let em. No WAY I'd go through all that for 90k. Good luck to em.

A medium house has 20,600 minerals in it. Selling for 30k will clearly bankrupt the clown so as everyone else has advised, just wait for him to nerf himself.

Man, those prices are ridiculous! I cant keep Med houses on my vendor at 65k on Ahazi.
