Thread: Tatooine houses on Talus ?

Why would they make the houses go poof? Wouldn't they just pack them up into the player's datapad?

Doesn't matter at this point since they've fixed it.

It could be done, but it wasn't common knowledge and needed to stay that way.

On Corbantis there is still a medium Naboo house not too far outside Carmen City. Appearantly that one didn't go poof.

I didn't say they would. I said it would be a shame if they issued a fix that caused them to.

I wish they would just do away with the dumb restrictions. Seriously! Who decided that Talus would only get the ugly homes? Corellia has a very distinct and cool civic theme, and a gross home theme.


I can guarantee that people would be more willing to live on Talus and Rori if they had access to all the housing styles.

Jedi will never be a starting profession...Looted items and quest items will never be better then crafted items, this is not a loot based game...CH will return shortly...CH and BE will not be back in game...Rangers are getting their revamp next!...The stealth system will not be changing in the spy expertise...Need any more examples of things the devs said that did not hold true?

I assume that the different housing styles are mandated by Lucas Arts to some degree. They want to keep the right look / feel for the planets. Tehy want Tatooine to have Tatooine style houses, etc.


But ya the Talus / Correllia style is certainly about as ugly as you get, they could have made it more attractive.

Probably so, but they should then make Rori style houses, Talus style houses, Lokian style houses, ect.

Any news on whether there will later be a fix that will pack up these incorrectly-placed structures back into their owners' datapads? I haven't seen anything on Dev Tracker but that doesn't mean I haven't missed it.
