Hello! I browse these boards and am the PA Correspondent. There is an actualPA forum for discussing PA mechanics, it is listed in the same category as the profession forums (link in my sig).

As for your question, so long as someone IN YOUR PA places the new PA Hall, the terminal inside the hall will automagically be set to work with your PA. You don't even have to take down the first PA Hall if you don't want to, I've heard of a PA having as many as 24 halls at one time. Though if you do remove the first Hall it won't disband your PA. The only thing you will be missing when you don't have a PA Hall are the options on the Guild Terminal, like inviting new members. PA Tags and Guildchat remain, even if a PA has no PA Hall for an extended period of time.

Hello i have a Pa disband question

Alright, I'm trying to leave my Pa(I own the hall im the guild leader)

If i use the "Disband Guild" option the "Guild management Terminal"

Would it leave the Pa intact or would it hurt the items inside and destroy it.

Any feedback is appreciated

The guild hall as a structure in and of itself has no relation to the "guild" of players. You can (and many players do) have a guild hall with no guild associated with it. Disbanding the guild will leave the hall standing.

Just don't use the "destroy structure" from the structure management terminal, since that will redeed the hall (or destroy it if you don't have sufficient maintenance). I'm not really sure how redeeding structures deals with items inside it, you may be blocked from doing so until the hall is emptied, or it may delete all the items inside (probably with some sort of warning).

To be fair, though, I haven't personally done this, but I just can't help tossing in my two cents. You might try the "Player Associations and Grouping" forum for more well-informed players.
