The display model in my shop can be targetted, moved, anything you like, so I got lucky. I've sold some to people in our town that use them just fine. Others have had the problem you describe. It's hit and miss, apparently, but this couch has been the source of a lot of problems.

The command workarounds worked for a friend of mine. THought some might like knowing this.
