I've paid new/novice architects for small houses, medium houses or for factories. I don't stock those items myself. Doing that has worked well enough for both of us. They get a guaranteed sale and I get a better selection of stock on my vendor.

I love seeing small houses on the bazzar for sell. I buy them all up, throw them on my vendor for 12k and sell them off real quick. Always saves me the time of making them myself.
My suggestion, find a master architect and sell himeither small houses or walls, most architects will keep you bought out.

Actually I have a funny but true story about something on the Bazaar that I always keep forgetting to bring up. So I am in Anchorhead looking at Deeds on the Bazaar, I see a small Naboo house up for sale. It was listed as an auction maxed out at 6k, like many people do, so that people look at the details. So I read the details, a small naboo house with 33k maitenance, send an email to "persons name", asking 150k. 150,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG...so I sent an email to the owner, saying wow, that the price is so high.She says that houses arent cheap and thats what they usually go for. I told her how much I sell mine for...15k. The next day I get a tell from her sayin that someone bought it for the full price of 150k. All I could say is WOW.

Yeah I have heard of sotries of new players paying up to a million credits for a small or medium house. My only guess is they got some credits off ebay to start with...

If your able to place a vendor, even one of those robot bartender vendors up.. you can stock that vendor with your craftings (small houses, walls, structure mods,...). Then take one of your deeds, structure mods, walls, what have you, and turn them into an advertisement auction. Place your vendor's wp and list a few of your items on it in the description area.Really cheap advertisements considering...I put a factory, Heavy harvestor, and large house deed on the bazaar for 6k auction like this once a week. It does help,alot of people peruse the bazaar, even some say they don't, and do share information with thier guildmates.
I have seen novice archs sell just walls on the bazaar for 6k each and they do sell, there was a day when i was 3 walls short of making a city hall, i ran to the bazaar and finished my order (but now when i get below 100 walls in stock i makea 500 wall factory run.). Cheating the current market mean your only cheating your own progress.
