Actually I think 100% is possible. Need a better UT than what we've seen.

I get 100% with no trouble on the omu's.

all thats left is you have to get atleast the 1 amazing on both the omu and the final combine.. afaik

without an AMAZING success , u never can get a BER14 harvester, or i dont get one without amazing....




i succesfully build ber7 OMU, HHM and TFP and i also got the BER14 from them...
i know my stuff is realy good

UT over 990 <----the most important stat(50% for ber exp)
and HE/SR at 980+/-



and minerals are the esierst BER14......

You need an Amazing for the cores, but not the final assembly. I have made dozens of BER 14s where on the final assembly I didn't get an amazing. But you NEED to be a +12 to have enough points to get to BER 14 without an amazing during final assembly (takes 11 experimentation points) and you get small hoppers (around 114K).

You should check the buff you got. I had the same problem and early on I blew 5 harvesters. I was livid due (at the time I had very limited steel to make the BER 14s) and was going to post on this site.

At the last moment I checked on the type of buff I got, it was an Artisian Buff

You need to be really careful on this. It is easy for you to accidently get an Artisian verses an Architect.

You were probably missing the architect buff. Remember the inspiration the entertainers give looks exactly the same for the general inspiration and the profession specifc ones. So if you miss the message about which is being applied, you won't realize what the buffs is until you check your buff after its done.
