It'll be tough to decide if I want to sacrifice some of my merchant skills to keep Novice Pistoleer. At Pistols IV, I am Level 7 and can't wear armor. At Novice Pistoleer I am Level 14 and can wear recon armor, but I'll have to sacrifice 14 skill points from Merchant to do it.
The trouble is so many things will still be able to 1-hit me either way, making harvester runs will be a pain. Which I expect will drive up resource prices a little as fewer folks will bother harvesting. Nothing says fun like getting triple incap killed by some hermit spiders camping your harvy.
