Preferably after you've built it so that you've burned all the resources and don't have a paying customer! Of course the only reason I'll be able to afford it is because I've been selling for a profit the whole way there.

Yep your right. I tried 20-25 and all I got was laughed at. I had to resort to 15, but I still get laughed at. I don't really sell many houses anymore unless it is requested. And if they want me to build them a small house, they will pay full price of 15-25k. If they can find someone else to sell for cheaper, let them. The more houses that are sold for cheap by someone the more it hurts themselves... The faster they run themselves out of buisness the sooner the market gets fixed.

I sell my smalls at 10k or less, mediums at 40k. I make a lot of money. quite a profit really.

I am not an architect but a scout. Whenever I see some guy dumping 1000 hides on the market at 1000 credits I buy them and turn around and sell them for 4000. Nowif you guys think theses houses are undervalued buy them up and sell them in you shop at a 50% markup. Basically make those guys flooding the market your subcontracters working there asses off making you money.
