That is correct. The problem is that 75 items per lot is not enough for a medium or large house. Those buildings are huge. Personally after building my medium house I want to "live" there not in my storehouse. I currently have the option of keeping all my working supplies in the storehouse and decorating my house. Or not decorating thathuge house and working from a room there. I want one place that I can work and live in.
It is just another way the Artisan professions are discriminated against. Any Combat professional can have a fully decorated medium or large house because they do not need room for dozens of different minerals and chemicals and organics. How many different items does a Ranger or a Bounty hunter need? Maybe 5 or 6 guns and they are good to go.
Between the lot limitations and the item limits, as an Architect I can't afford to even OWN a large house even though I BUILD them! And that really SUCKS!
