rate 13 minerls are based on the same formula, though. if you hit 95%+ on the ore mining units, you will hit +13 in the low to mid 80's. If you hit mid 80's to get your +6 ore mining unit, you will have to hit high 90's on the final deed to push beyond a 12ber.
