It's been quite a while since I was a musician but if I remember correctly, it's just:
/flourish xx;
/pause yy;
where xx is whichever flourish you want to do and yy is how many seconds you want to leave between flourishes. You'll have to play around with the optimal pause length. If you do it too soon, you'll drainyour action pool. If you want multiple flourishes, you can just repeat those lines as much as you want, changing the xx number.
