Ok, I built one and put it in my shop thinking I could have customers answer 2 questions. 1 if my prices were good and 2 if I had what they were looking for. I however can not figure out how to set this up. I got to edit and select title, hit ok, and nothing happens. If anyone knows how to actually use these help would be appreciated. Thanks

I know that but how do I use edit. I selected edit, chose title, and couldn't type anything anywhere so I hit ok and it closes it. It's either a bug on my side or I'm really freaking stupid.

There's a couple of major problems with them..

1. The ballot resets every time the servers are restarted.. i.e. daily

2. You can't pick them up again - I've had one on my floor in my house since I made it about 6 weeks ago. Using text commands doesn't pick it up ("you do not have permission..."), and you can't destroy it either using /destroy.

A shame really, the actual implementation seems decent apart from these two problems.. it mails all participants the results, and would be handy for guild votes on various topics.

Don't put one down till they fix being able to pick it up or move it.. At leaset if you ever plan on moving that is.

As A guild we decided to move to Dat, due to the Cap Limit on City's being hit on Naboo.

So we got the City Hall palced and went to Redeed or PA Hall, but can't because it is not empty.. The only thing in it is the Ballot box, adn we can't pick it up or destory it so we have to get a new PA Hall and probably a new PA Name, or wait for the Maintence to run out and have the system destroy or PA whick will take a month since we paid ahead on Maintence.

Us too... we want to move our guild hall to our new player city but can't until we get the stupid ballot box out.

Yeah, ballot boxes suck and are useless. They seem to have prevented many people from moving to their player cities. Put in CSR ticket categorized as "I am stuck" and "performing an action".

Snogger1, if you place a new PA hall while in a current guild, it wil become part of your current guild. No new name needed. This will also help you because you won't have to disband the guild and then add everyone again.

As for ballot boxes, I am able to place them and move them and pick them up. My problem is that I am only able to add options and start/end the votes. I cannot edit the title or issue text or delete the default options. Anyone able to help out here? Thanks.

hi all i was wondering if any of you use these voting terminals for city issues? I tried but they seem to reset and thus not take a vote unless its for less tehn a day...

I tried. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but since they reset in less than a day (or hour?) they're totally useless
