Then SOE could turn it into a monthly contest for each server, sort of like GarVa's home decoration contests. One screenshot selected monthly from submissions and added to the server's database. There's ways of making this work, believe me. It's the concept that's important not the details.

This will be never done, because if technical limitation of any game engine. Look at all new paintings, they ALL have problem with texture preloading when they fade away when you look at it from different angles. So it sure good idea, but it will be never done…

This was an idea I brought up months ago and got little responce to. The easiest way to allow us to make custom paintings or pictures is to have it auto drop the HUD when you snap the pic. Then, have it save this on you PC in a special file type (not a JPEG or GIF) so that it wouldn't be easily edited to include other crap. This would eliminate the pics with objectionable language, porn or other crap like that. Allow Architects to make the stations that create the items and the frames (giving a variety to these would be a major part of this) and allow Artisans to make the camera and film. It might take some coding on a Dev's part but that's what they're getting paid for!

I'm sure it could be done given enought time to figure out away. The time invenstment that SOE would have to put into it might be the only negative to the idea.
