ArchAngel, you're referring to the new experimentation on TC correct?

Dont get too discouraged Angel, Nothing happens fast.

You have been doing a good job and we are all pleased to have you as our correspondent.

It wouldnot surprise me if some of the changes we are asking for took months and months to become reality. There is a lot of balance issues coupled to those changes.

All in all things are going well.

SoulDragon - Yes those are the TC numbers.

Dayln - Yup... it takes time (sooo much time!! AARRGH). Not to worry though, I won't be giving up

I am concerned that it looks like we are going to have to pay attention, even more to resource traits , but the two key items that directly affect the profession (with regards to resources) will likely stay the same. Those two items are 1)Amount of resrouces and 2) Low Ore density. 1 and 2 plus a 3rd (resourcs traits) will be detrimental to anyone not backed by a PA or multiple accounts.

Rotor - Will cease to exist May 3rd.

okay im not an architect but here is what i would love to see for architect and in my opinion generate alot of bussiness for them as a woman myself i love to decorate and yes change my style quite often . I want to see artwork statues and such , to be able to tell the architect i want green couaches and a floral area rug maybe a few paintings for my walls and go from there , interior desing is a big thing for alot of people you want a real nice setting and with the way architects are set up you cant get a real nice matching set becuase the colors of the furniture are all different give them a color pallet please please please

Im hoping to get some nice decoration, but Im hoping that Artisans will get some decorations as well, such as paintings, rugs etc...

Personally I think they deserve a piece of the furniture market, there is not much advantage to being artisan for the sake of being artisan, but that's just me. Many archiects would love to see more furniture too.

I am surprised anyone is surprised at the lack of communication and this piss poor job they are doing. It is SOE afterall. If you have played EQ for any length of time, you will know what I am talking about. SOE is THE worst company to deal with in this type of thing.

I'm not saying this just to be bashing SOE. I am just pointing out their poor track record. It's their attitude that they do what they want, when they want, regardless of how the customers feel. It's only when the entire community goes haywire on them do they listen SOME.

Don't expect much of anything from SOE as far as communication or timely fixes and you won't be let down when it doesn't happen. Just a cold hard fact of reality.

Great job Arch!

Now on the holocron deal for crafters, they should have some kind of long quest that leads you to getting the shards and then finding an NPC to put them together. They should make it where the actual quest for the fix able shards is easy to find and kind of the same place all the time but the NPC to put them together is random and can spawn anywhere. At the end of the quest you are told on what kind of NPC to look for and everyday they spawn on a different place on every planet allowing people to put them together. Just something cool to make it seem like more of a quest to unlocking the fs slot then sitting in the cave camping out fs NPCs.

As one Master Architect on Bloodfin to another, I just want to sayArchAngel you are doing an awesome job. Don't let the lack of communication on their end get you down. Thunderheart seems like he is behind us, ALL of us. Just look at the DE boards. Looks like he's trying to stop a revolt.

Anyway. I for one know you are getting the info there. Not getting it back so you can get it to us must be as frustrating as, well, a crafter trying to get a holicron.

Anyway keep up the great work.

The holocron issue is very very easy to fix, increase the drop rates and those that drop them. Then the crafters can go buy them at a cheaper price or actually kill the NPCs with them themselves. Very very simple, and KISS rules.
