It's ORE!!! I just ordered 200K of carbonate and was given another 65K. I could produce 200 wall units with that amount. They are the base of most installations and will probably build me about 75 different installations if I have the other ore needed for those.

That's a good start. But when is your supplier going to stop messing you around with small change and get you ore in bulk? *g*

One thing to remember is that the quality of any stat in the ore doesn't matter even for harvesters. The only components that affect the final efficiency (BER) of the harvester are the mining component and the harvester itself. There is no ore needed in either of those (at least for heavies). The only ore that's needed is in the walls, gen turbines and other components. And yes, lots of it. I have guild mates that are on the poorer side and I will give them BER 10 minerals at a discount and then tell them to mine ore that i will buy from them at 2 cpu. It works out

Interesting comments but not true. The Heavy *Mineral* harvesters are the ONLY heavies that *do not* require ore in the final assembly - every other one (including fusions) needs high-quality ore in the final assembly.
