Actually, I'll go on the record here. I don't believe you. This isn't a statement about your honesty - it's a statement about confusion / contraints.

We know that there have been a number of very weird results (e.g., Fusions with BER30) at various points in the past that either transformed existing deeds into ones with high stats or allowed people to craft high-stat deeds for a very limited amount of time. So is it possible that a BER14 heavy mineral harvester exists out there? Sure, it's possible.

However, everything that we can figure out about making harvesters since the Dec patch has said that BER13 is the max that can currently be made. About every 2 weeks someone comes in here and says something like "a guy that my friend knows absolutely swears that his cousin can make BER14 harvesters." When challenged, these people either never respond or realize that they were talking about Fusions (which we routinely make at BER14).

So, if you indeed know someone who, since the Dec patch, consistantly hand-crafts a BER14 heavy harvester, all of us would love to know about it. I would create a character on a server and travel to see such a thing.

Amen! Its one of those "my sisters, best friends father's uncle said....." BER14's dont happen at this point in the game, period...(other than fusions)
