Can anyone tell me how much a large house would cost? Also what is the upkeep on a large house? Thanks in advance.

Well,

Large houses seem to cost anywhere from 150k-225k depending on who is selling to you. That's on the Kettemoor server at least. You'll wanna shop around amongst the Master Architects of your server and find one you think is fair.

As far as upkeep... I'm trying to remember. I have a large house on Tattooine. It's over 1000c a day, I know that much. At one point I had 9 days left, and I put in about 30k. That paid me off for a month. Sorry I can't be more specific. But it might give you a general idea.
