prices vary on each server, if i could build a set for 20 million on ahazi i would have done it in a heartbeat, the giant dune kimo scales regularly sell for 10 million on ahazi, while pre-built peices often dont sell for the 5-8 million.

I myself have all the rarer resources and rare loot drops needed to make almost 2 full suits. Unfortunetly i have never been able to get the GDK scale needed to craftsince the loot rate is extremely poor. I would guess 1 scale drop a week perhasps, maybe more or less, but i never see any go up for sale anymore

I would expect to pay closer to 50mil. The going rate for a single GDK scale is around 5mil, and you'll need at least nine of them for a full suit. On top of that you're going to want to get the Interlaced RIS schematic that you can loot from the Acklay in the Geonosian Biolab. The other loot components aren't that hard to get, and could be purchased for farily cheap, but all together, I would expect to pay at least 50mil, and that's if you go out and buy all the items you need for yourself. If you instead want to just pay an armorsmith to find everything you need, than I wouldimagine you'd have topay somewhere between 75-100mil for a suit.

I used to be able to do a search for RIS Armor on these forums and find lots of cool info and some pictures of well made RIS Armor that people have made. So look around and you might find some pics.

I tried with some advanced searches but for some reason could only see posts from 2003...

What is going on here SOE?? Why can I not find any posts in 2004 on "RIS Armor" ??? Am I doing something wrong?

#2 depends on how good the Armorsmith is, but it does have alot lower encumberance over composite
#3 If you cant make it yourself then youll be looking to spend at least 20mill on a full suit, you need to gather the rare loots from some pretty tough mobs and the Armorsmith also needs to have done the quest for the schematic

Full suit goes for around 60-80 million. You need 9 GDK scales, those could easily go for 6mil each. Then you need 9 Woolamander bones and 9 Gurk King Hides.

While the GDK scales are incredibly difficult to find, I feel like the Woolamander bones are pretty annoying. Though the Woolamander's are easy to kill... having to fly to yavin, bike to the spawn, hope that they havent been farmed already, kill them, and then be disapointed to find nothing and wait for another hour is a big pain in the rear

And make sure you're not a Rodian, as they can't wear the helmet due to the devs being to lazy to make the in-game art for it

not just rodians. Humans, Zabraks and Twi's are the only ones that can wear the full suit. Trandoshans can't wear the helmet, gloves, or boots. Bothans, Rodians, and Mon-Cals can't wear the helmet.

And wookies, of course, can't wear any of it
