I really like Dzmyin's idea about creating some sort of maintenance "deed" that could be sold to prevent the collateral decay of houses. If the structuresare just allowed to decay on their own and need to be replaced periodically this would be a major pain for the consumer since you would a) have to replace ALL your furniture which for larges and PA halls could prove a daunting task and b) have no guarantee that your tiles would be available to place a new home where the old one was. Anyone who has experience placing structures knows that tiles may sometimes be randomly available(or not) for structures. I wish I knew what the mechanism was that effects this but just because you pick up a small house, you aren't guaranteed that you will be able to place another small in the same exact spot.

So I am of the opinion that replacing a building with an entirely new deed is not a viable option unless a building can somehow be placed directly on top of the existing building where the tiles are secured and furniture wont have to be moved. This would also mean that the overhead when clicking a deed would have to appear whether or not the account has sufficient lots available, as in the case of a PA hall owner who would have to have 18 total lots.

Wow, I hadn't even considered this, but it is somehow...... appealing!!! This may be the most original idea I've seen in this thread!
