Prices is hard especially when you are new (I felt the same).

Ok 95-155 is pretty good DLT20 (I asume you didn't max all the optionals scopes and stock to get there).

Think of it this way. 2k is 10-15 minutes and 1 mission out of Keren Naboo (where I live), and if you get a gnort mission its way easy.

So in that retrospect 2k is dirt cheap.

Another example: In any other mmorpg (say daoc for example) you could spend hours after hours getting the gold to buy something, or getting that drop that only dropped from the mob that spawned one a week during nighttime). How would you value the effeort you do to get where youa re and the maintenance and resources you ened to gather to make one of these. For a beginner that DLT20 is going to be very valuable, and you just sold it for a 10-15 minute destroy mission.

So I just opened up shop and I wanted to get an idea of what others are charging. I'm not asking for someone to say, "charge this much". Just trying to get a feel. I had a DLT20a that sold for 2k. It's stats were 95-155 dmg 6.0 spd.I also am selling DL44's and scout blasters. I don't want to undercut anyone. Any input appreciated.

Got some Kimogila Scale Segments and was wondering if they're any useful

And I just noticed that they say useful for bone armor. I imagine that makes them a bit less valuable? What would they be worth approximately? Not looking to sell right now by the way

That is the price I sell them for.

Thats a going rate, I've seen cheaper but i've seen more expensive as well.

I just want to make sure I'm not under selling anyone.

I wouldnt worry about that, how much effort do you think the Ford company worries that they might sell a better value then Toyota?

Check how much the resources you are using would go for on your server... and make sure you are charging a bit more for the work.

I sell at 130k.

I know everyone talks about armour/weaponsmiths charging insane cpu prices compared to us etc... but it is actually harder and takes a lot more time and effort for them to make their gear... especially Armoursmiths.

So I don't begrudge them their extra profits, I just make sure I'm not selling for less than the going rate on resources (otherwise I just switch off and sell those said resources !).

I thought about increasing my prices to reflect a 4-5cpu, but decided on only doing it on furniture that required hides. For example small bed or large bed requiring wooly hides.
A 25% increase across the board from all architects would be nice...hehe
