I saw someone spamming an auction for a 97% ore spawn.
Anyone ever see or heard of such a thing?
Do people actually pay for such info???

Think the 97% ore spot might be for one of the shipwright ore spawns as not seen any spawn that high for normal ore we need.

I've used that site before. Even got some of the cash a couple of times.
They suspended the cash for surveying program, tho.
There weren't really enough surveyors on Gorath to have been worthwhile anyway.
And if KING Pawlin the Elitist's spelling differs from reality, then clearly reality is wrong. ![]()

Actually, since SOE will soon bring the Exchange system to SWG (unless Lucas objects because his cut isn't big enough), what we need to do is withdraw all our Architect stuff from the market. Make them pay RL cash for those guild halls. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I've paid surveyors like 50k to find me a certain resource at a min percentage...

Please transfer to Bloodfin, I can always use another income stream LOL.
Seriously though whenever I find a spot that high I first place my own, then tell RL friends and guildies that could use the same stuff, then I tell some of my customers and resource suppliers. Usually those emails about any resource over 90% or an uber spawn over 80% lead to 10 or more heavy harvester sales within 24 hours. Plus my suppliers love me for increasing their volume and therefore profit so I get to buy the stuff I don't harvest for cheap. That said if someone offered me 50k for a WP I already had I'd probably do the deal.

Oh, I can easily explain this. You see thats the location for Oprolan's shop, not Pawlin's.
Oprolan is a Wookiee so if you mention his spelling errors again you might upset him and you all know what happens when you upset a Wookiee...

Oh, and if I didn't have surveying 4 then I could also see paying 50k for a good resource WP location.
Surveying is a pain without the survey tree.

I have seen people try to sell waypoints for high densities.
But its not common and I don't know anyone who's bought a WP for a resource. I think most people just do their own surveying.

Yes I have heard of such a thing, but not in a very long time. It was for a metal I think. Steel?
