Thread: What do Medium Houses sell for?

Got a naboo medium.. wondering on what to sell it for.. can anyone tell me?

I'm sure this varies wildly from server to server, and even planet to planet, depending on how many architects of that level are in business, resource availability, etc. But the one architect that I know in my home town who is making *generic* medium houses, was selling them for 55K. I've seen quotes on the boards ranging from 45K to 60K. Possibly higher.
Medium houses are the devil. :-) The number of wall sub-component combines is insane, and when you go to combine wall pieces, you can lose literally dozens of sub-combines on a crit failure, eating up to 10K of resources.
A few architects are living in padded rooms because of medium houses. he he.

Oh i know what you mean about the crits when making walls.. i hate that so much man.

Havent critted on a wall yet, plenty on the pieces. Wall critting, ouch.

Man, try criting on 2 walls consecutively... DAMNIT!!!
I was bummed. I even have my favorite structure tool that I used the second time, and IT crited. I had to chill on walls for the next 8 hours before I was willing to try it again. Turbines oome in handy for me when my walls just aren't cutting it

I sell for 90K. Few people want to pay that much so I don't make them unless it's special ordered. I would rather use the wall modules and generator turbinesfor other things anyway.

My price is 75K on Eclipse. They take 22K resources I think and a huge amount of that is ore.However, like everyone said it will vary from server to server.
I've had failures on serveral small houses 3 factories I think, but nothing larger. Never on a wall either. I know I've jinxed myself, but I said that 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't happened.

Had critical failure on walls and medium house. But thats nothing to going critical on a large house. Jeez, I feel sorry for that guy. :{

Sold my First meduim home today for 70k ....
So the price does vary , LOL someone wanted to buy a Heavy HArvestor (mineral) from me for 30k , I was like UMMM 27k in resources that will be 100k please hehe Talked me Down to 90k and will wait till this weekend , since he cancelled the order and then asked later after I already sold the other one ...
