You need - Fantastic Steel mainly for minerals, and Fantastic Ore for Gas BER 13 harvesters- same for others.....
You gotta be careful that you have the appropriate subcomponents too, for example, you need BER 6 Ore Mining Units or Turbo Fluidic Drill Pump.....If they're not BER 6's, then you won't get a BER 13 harvester.
Lastly, use LUBE oil with HIGH OQ and without any UT at all.
Don't every worry about structural mods and walls - just use crap ore and stuff to make them as they have no impact in ANY assemblies.
Good Luck - Read the stickies too.

Honestly, after several people point you to the FAQ I'd think you'd get the hint. You aren't the first - nor the last - person to develop an interest in being an architect and want to know how things work. Seriously - GO READ THE FAQ! It will answer a lot of your questions, and it will allow you then to ask more specific ones if the information wasn't in the FAQ.
Or you can just keep asking here until someone spoonfeeds you the answers so you don't have to read the FAQ.

Look at the right side of your crafting device. It tells you what stats on the items are important for every schematic. You may have to scroll down a little.
