Thread: Increase in failures....

Since I became a Master Architect well over a month ago, I have failed one heavy harvester. My crafting station is 38+ functionality. Today, the first time I've tried to build deeds since the big patch, I've failed 2 heavy minerals and 1 fusion out of 9 total builds. I did make 4 heavy minerals, 1 fusion and 1 medium house.

Just bad luck or is anyone else having a sudden increase in failures...?

I've also noted a dramatic rise in failure rate.

All I've done is churn out walls, and my failure rate was around 20% over the course of 50 walls I put together to have on hand for later. (I wanted to get a bunch made up while the whole 'extracting from crate while crafting' thing was working so nicely, you never know when your favorite new feature is going to be declared a bug or exploit).

Could just be bad luck, but with the experimentation nonsense and everything else going in it's fairly suspicious to me.

Same here but I am not a Master, However, I am using a +15 tool and a +40 station. I failed a factory this morning with my last resources hehehe, after hvy exp. After that I failed every third wall. While grinding crafting stations for xp, failed 1 in 6.

Before this I rarely failed using the good tools that were provided. For a small guy like me, I am this (puts thumb and forefinger together ) close to waving archi bye bye. It is not a goodbye post, just really frustrated atm. Think I am going to go to work on Rifleman for a week or so hehehe.

I am only a novice architect, but I even noticed an increase in my failure rate. Now I'm scared to craft anything. It bites to spend all that time, money, and resources just to have a failure that results in all loss with no gain.

In real life, even our failures result in some degree of experience; often helping us to avoid similar failures in the future. I have never seen a failure in real life that costme everything and gainedme absolutely nothing.

I failed a Large house, Power Core, and several walls yesterday. The thing is, the large house was made out of really good materials with all of the components experimented to around 50%. (although the components had the potential to be experimented higher, we don't seem to get enough exp. points to take advantage of this...thanks devs). So far the patch is making crafting structures far too risky.

Just a few days ago, I had a huge increase in failures.

But there wasn't a patch.

Given the number of architects, pick any day and you can find people who have had an increase in failures.

I made 50 walls today, without failure. I even combined all those into 3 fusions, and 5 heavy minerals. WIthout failure. I'd say bad luck.

Havent noticed it honestly. But once I fail once, I quit crafting for a while, because they seem to go in streaks when it happens.

I have noticed an increase in failure's and I believe it is due to we do not get any structure assembly sinc the october 10 patch if you look at your architect trees we do not get any +to structure assembly til you hit master architect

I was just about to post complaining about the failure rates heh. Lost a guild hall and 4 wall's today. I rarely, rarely fail...with an assembly skill of 67 I'm annoyed that I failed so many times. Asides from the lost resources, it's clear that they made our assembly value mean something. It's time to REALLY bug them about 100 assembly/experiment so we stop failing!!

I am not known for failures, 1:20 I heartily said the other day, today alone I failed 8 structural modules, 4 of them back to back. I also failed 2 walls, and a medium house.

Today just didnt feel like my day at all. Could be just Murphy hitting me in the head, but I hope this trend does not continue.
