Thread: Harvester issues

Okay, I'm doing a quick spot check on the harvesters.


A) Do the harvester maintenance issues still persists? Harvester maitenance is supposed to be 90 + 8 per extraction rate over 7 (so an ER 10 harvester would be 90 + 24, or 114 (90). What has happening is that it was displaying and using 138 (114). This seems to be corrected, it is working properly on my previously bugged harvesters. Does anyone still have this proble as of today?


B) Power. I need exact numbers for the power problem, does anyone have them. Power is being consumed wrong, that;s for sure. Does anyone have 100% guaranteed info?

My 13 Heavies, as of 8:15 am MST 11/17/03, on Corbantis, are using a confirmed 186 credits an hour to run.


No confirmation on power.

My newly crafted (post-fix) BER 13 heavies all showed 144(120), after a 20% merchant discount, when I placed them this morning. I made the schematic for them at around 12AM CST, and ran the fatory to produce them around 8AM. Power appears to be exactly doubled. After placing these harvs this morning. I put exactly 3 days worth of power in them, and after 15 mins they showed 2 days, 23 hours, and 30 mins of power left.

I have to reset my harvys when I fill them to show the power at all instead of 0. These where placed pre-patch.

My harvesters are using power faster than they should, and at what appears to be an inconsistent rate. It ranges from 1.5x to 3x normal.



No decay + uber loot = /spit on crafters

Fix the economy and give crafters their $$$ worth... give us real revamp.

Remember... to Cancel you have to go to Register Expansion in the Launchpad.

I just loaded 10 personal harvester to 3000 power (5 days). Tomorrow at this time they should all have about 4 days of power left.



No decay + uber loot = /spit on crafters

Fix the economy and give crafters their $$$ worth... give us real revamp.

Remember... to Cancel you have to go to Register Expansion in the Launchpad.

I checked my harvesters 6 hours later. They have used 12 hours worth of power. There IS a bug.

Man I am so confused right now. I like the fact that I can make nicer harvesters, but the maint. is insane. I surely hope this is a (soon to be corrected) bug and not what they were planning.

Yes, power use seems to have doubled. Only I have 2 that are not effected. Hmm

Placed a brand new (first time) medium BER 10 mineral harvester last night and wrote the numbers down.


Checked it tonight and its using 84 credits / hr(correct!) and 100 power / hr (wrong).


Clearly, twice the power . Fortunately I have a kick ass ion.
