Depends on the server, planet, and whether or not the Architect is desperate for cash or grinding out houses for XP.

Ballpark ranges are Small for 7K-15K, Medium for 45K-65K, and Large for 90K-120K. Most architects seem to sell somewhere in the middle of these ranges.

you should ask this question on your server's fourm...prices differ based on your server

smalls go from like 8k-12k

mediums 45k-65k

larges 100k-160k

these are somewhat close...generics cost more because they take more resources on most houses...

14k for small (16k Generic)

80k Medium (90k Generic)

175k Large (185k Generic)

I'm on Chilastra. Some folks say I'm high. I think I'm pretty fair.

candavespin has good prices if you are an arch and want to make a profit.....dont be afraid to sell high...you wont sell as fast but youll make more of a profit and have an easier time doing it

my prices are pretty much the same as candavespin, i sell my guild halls at 800k.......sold one for 1mil last night and the guy ended up paying me 2mil cause i delivered it quickly.......its a game of patience

You got it exactly right Maely. I've been considering upping my PA prices closer to your 800k. We'll see though. heh. I don't exactly make a ton of them (Although last week I made my first 4 out of 6 weeks without any)

I don't understand the inconsistency in pricing. Like Dayln (poor Dayln always being picked on hehe), your price for larges is 3.5 cpu, but your price for a medium generic is only 2.5 cpu.

I mean it's the same resources to make them both and they cost usthe same to harvest/buy, so why is the medium selling for so much less profit than a large? I've noticed this on my server also.

This is not a flame! I'm just curious why this seems to be happening so much

My price is affected by a couple of things.

#1 the prices others sell for, I try to stay some 20% ( or so ) less than the going rate

#2 Just how bad is a cirt failure on making that item, Cirt failure on a large house is pretty bad., On a small it is chicken feed.

I dont really like selling smalls at 8.5k but if I sold for more I would not be a low price dealer. Way too many people sell them for 9-10k on my server. If I sold for 9 I would not be called a low price dealer.

( I didnt take anything you said as a flame, and I dont really feel picked on at all

"Lol sounds like you sold to a credit duper"

Why? Because an architect acually sold something for more than what you could sell the pile of resources on the bazaar? Honestly, I am getting sick and tired of people like you thinking that an architects time and effort are somehow worth allot less than every other crafters.

That architect actually made about 15 credits per resource. OMG!! They actually made something close to the next lowest paid crafting profession. Maybe when an architect starts selling for the markup that weapon crafters do(nothing against their business), you can start crying.

I bought a DX2 last week. 30k. Total of 240 resources. That would be 125 credits per resource.

Maybe a few 75 million credit guild halls crammed somewhere unpleasant will show you the light.

Maybe everyone that buys weapons for 30k is a credit duper? Uhhh no.

"LOL" yourself clown.

I sell my houses for 3.5 credits per unit of resource used. Occasionally I sell at 4.0 cr/ut when resources are scare and my time is limited.

woot! well said GrandMufTartkin!.....just because my strategy is to sell high....but not nearly as high as weaponsmiths....and be patient and wait for my high priced items to sell.....that makes all my customers credit duppers?

sedryn.....I surround myself with wealthy customers, this customer has more credits than he knows what to do with, he knows i treat my customers well and can be very well motivated by money.....so he makes me an offer, i get it to him extremely fast and i am paid well for it......

and as far as him being a credit duper...i of course wanted to know how he (a non-crafter or resource seller) had so much money when he tipped me an extra 1mil than the arranged price was originally.....he told me about the missions he does that pay off big and he does those with a friend, hardcore gamers

dont assume, you make an "a$$" out of "u" and "me"......although this time you were jus making an a$$ out of yourself
