Thread: Its been a month, still no answers!
Well.. our last patch did take alot of time from the devs.. the questions are still being worked on..
What else that has happened since then is some vacation time.. and We( the correspondents/devs) are working on a project on test center that once done ( which will be very soon) will Dramaticly increase the communication from us to the devs and .. the CSR team..
I know it is frustrating to not hear any Direct answers.. but a few things were addressed and implemented and are on test.. thanks to us pointing out the armoiremistake it is fixed on test center now.. and thanks to ourstrong request for lighting that worked and new furniture types we got both in way of new lights and candles to make (which was perfect timing because there was a window towork it and implement it when we submitted that feed back ), which also are on test too.. (and they decay)
I believe we got some of our issues adressed. I'm still in limbo as to remain an arcitect, but we have recieved some positive attention.
I think we should be glad we aren't getting the same attention the team gave the DE profession. Man, those guys where promised (and that's a quote, promised!) attention. They got it in the load currently on the TC, and I tell ya, I don't think I want the design team at SOE even looking at us after gutting that branch! Let's sit quietly and hope the don't "promise" us anything!![]()
Just thought you all should see this from TH. Looks like top 10 is on the back burnner:

They are not on a schedule.
Once we get through some of the other key things, Ill post em, but there is no rush on those.

Specifically, getting multiple attributes to stick as most skill enhancers have mutiple attributes would be a start. Additionally, allowing someone to stick a +5 of something onto a piece of clothing that already has a +1 or whatever would be nice. Currently, the +5 would be lost to oblivion.
I'm posting under an alt account, but I've personally lost out on millions, and currently have millions invested in enhancers I'm hoping will work one day. I refuse to use my +24 defense vs kd +5 food experimentation and get the food experimentation for my jedi
Thanks. Im collecting all the questions now and I'll get some answers and run some tests with the correspondetns on TC and we'll refine this document as soon as we can.
(Something like this is going to push 10 questions out because its more important).
This was from the Friday Feature Bonus post.
Yep, saw that, then I read Dvnce's post and got disappointed.
As far as I am concerned, you might as well forget about 10 questions. The fact that they keep on getting pushed back (I know we put ours in late, but not the other 31 professions) leads me to believe they really dont want to deal with them, and any excuse is good to push having to answer. Maybe I am being to cynical about this, but it is the way I feel at the moment.
I'm pretty unimpressed that TH says that:
"They are not on a schedule. Once we get through some of the other key things, Ill post em, but there is no rush on those."
They solicit questions from all their customers and then don't have any timeline or schedule on answering those questions? Did they think we wouldnt' expect answers and/or would think waiting months would be reasonable? What kind of customer relations is that??

I have to concur with you, Pawlin.
It is completely unprofessional for TH to bail on this task, especially after he explicitly solicited these questions and encouraged us to submit them in a timely manner. I mean, to be frank, these 10 questions (for that matter the 10 questions for each of the professions) are THE pressing issues for the players in the game.
Its not like we are asking to have our top 5 issues fixed, we are just asking for answers to the questions that they wanted us to give. I hardly think that it is unreasonable for us to expect a timely response to such a thing.
In fact, the thing that seems more unreasonable is the lack of response we are getting.
I can understand that other priorities may come up, and possibly delay a response. But to expect us to wait indefinatly is, in my opinion, totally unprofessional and treating us with a complete lack of respect.
I mean, in lieu of direct answers, the minimal response I would expect is a timeframe by which they expect to respond, so that we are not all hanging in limbo wondering if he even remembers us.

I know alot of us are frustrated waiting for communication.. The following is direct summary of some responses from ThunderHeart in a conversation (that is still ongoing) Between him and the rest of us correspondents in regards to waiting for our answers.. Also I want to acknowledge that when the original task of these 10 questions was started our then current arch correspondent was unavailable.. and I guess the task was laced with warnings the it would be a lengthy process and I apologize that I did not have that information to express that to you at the time that I was made Correspondent.. ...
Here Is the summary of Thunderhearts feedback :
Everyone needs to keep in perspective the task at hand with this 10 question project. 1) there are 34 professions so 340 questions.. IF this is made top priority then other "in progress" development will have to be put on the back burner.. 2) Since the first batch of questions were answered and ThunderHeart was not available to respond to imediate concerns or explain any responses that he had made the experience was not a positive one for the professions that got their answers..
ThunderHearts Intention of this Project was more or less a bonus to us all that He has taken on and is doing On His OWN time Not SOE time, working on them in his night and evening time. Though they are important to him to finish There are Development Issues that must maintain priority, and He would like to make sure that He Is readily available to explain any of his responses in an ongoing thread when he releases the answers..
Though It may not be In the very near future that we see these answers they ARE on his to do list.. and will be done in the order that He recieved the questions..
