As if moving weren't bad enough, I can't drop my backpack. Backpack is 48/50, the house is a small naboo house with 45 items in it. I have admin rights: I can pick up and drop single items. Just not the backpack.

Btw, house is not the 100 limit round version.

Also, I started dropping stuff out of the pack, and got the "you do not have perm" message when my house hit 97 items.

Huh. Dunno for sure.

I think there is an option on the house maintenance menu to find lost items, you might try that. maybe there is something in the house that isn't being counted right. You could also try different rooms, might be something weird.

Maybe there is a few items dropped that you missed.

You also can't drop items that are bio-linked.

certain bio-linked items will no longer drop in house/trade/sell on vendor(known issue / bug)

If you have something like that in the pack that is the reason it wont drop. Also packs cant be added to vendors atm so that may be releated to your problem.

The new publish introduced this bug - it seems that single time quest items and faction armour cannot be handled properly.. take a look at the bug thread in the live forum.

I just cleaned out the house and destroyed. My alt did own the house--that may have been the problem

actually it looks like sometimes only the owner of a house can drop/pickup in it

Having the same problem with bio linked items...whether they have been bio linked or not.

Owner of the house can drop it in the house and pick it up, but nobody else on admin can. Item is not tradeable either.

This must have cropped up recently, because person withadmin to house was able to drop the item last week, but now they can't pick it up, onlyI can, cause its my house.

Yes, we encountered the same problem yesterday. Dropped two pieces of stormtrooper armour (Emperor's Retreat loot variety), and then couldn't pick them up, or the container they were in. One was bio-linked, the other was not. I had the person that one of the items was bio-linked to, come in and see if he could pick it up. No go. Went combatant. No go. Didn't try SF. Thought about SOE logic, and had the owner of the house come and pick up the items... bingo.

Just as a guess, I would say that certain items revert ownership to whomever owns the building now. If that makes sense.

So, I have backpacks of Stormie armor that I can no longer pickup, use or sell?

I think you can drop bio-linked items, but in structures you own personally.
