Ok .. There Have been reports that Factory Crated Items Are not showing up in the Tool Pad while Crafting... This Poped up about 10 days ago and there have been reports that it is back... I cannot log on till this evening.. Can someone Please Log on and build something.. I guess I have heard that Structure Storage Modules are not showing up..

Well, I haven't tried thisin a while.


I found that crates don't work when they are in the input hopper on a crafting station. It was bugged and I don't know if they ever tried to fix it.


I've never had a problem when the materials are in my inventory. And I never use the input hopper of the crafting station because of this bug. Again, it's been a while since I tried it because it never worked.

Same here. Factory crates show up fine in inventory but not in the input hopper. I had assumed this was part of the game mechanics or something.

Ok ... I guess I am confused as to what the problem is... this is what I am hearing with the reports that I am getting.. tell me if I am right on my interpretation...



Ok .. If I want to build a medium miner..


I click on my craft tool .... The item craft select screen comes up .. i choose medium miner...


the window pops up showing my resources and my crate of light omu .. crate of generators.. crate of small storage units.. and steel ore and chem....


I click on each ingredient it shows up in the middle window as I do it.. then click final assembly .. and so on....




the step in yellow is where the problem is? some crates are not showing up in the ingredients window? for example the small storage modules? that is what i am interpreting the reports as .. and that is what I am asking if it is true.....


anyone care to clarify for me?

We had a one night problem with centrain items not going into schematics even though the serial numbers were the same. The hotfix seemed to fix this for Tempest.

Hey, Dvnce that's exactly what I thought you were saying.



I just made a Large Naboo by hand, no issues. The Structure Storage Modules were in a crate, and were visible just fine.

I have had crates not show up in the crafting window. Not until I take the items out of the crate do they appear. This is not all the time. Just on occasion. I have a chef friend who is having the same problem.

is this happening now that is what I need to know... there was a hot fix to this problem a few days ago.. and the devs are trying to figure out if the few reports we are getting right now are valid or just a few days behind...

Crates will not show up during crafting if they are in the input hopper. If they're in my inventory or backpack, they'll show, but not if they're in the input hopper.

FOr several weeks I have not been able to add crated components to the item being crafted if the crate is in the input hopper. I have to drag the crate into my personal inventory before it will show for the schematic.
