Are you buying or selling?

Either way, guild halls are worth what the market will bear. It depends on your server economy. Try a search in your servers trade forum and you'll probably find some prices. The materials required for a guild hall is over 50k so consider cost of materials and add a profit margin for a baseline price.

I think thats a question that goes beyond mere economics. Sure there is the price of the walls, the storage unit, the power cores, the resources and time to actually assemble it, but what about the aesthetic value?

Can you really put a price on the largest home in your neighborhood? Can you put a price tag on the knowledge that you have three floors, a great room, an elevator, two sets of stairs, and courtyard, and multiple rooms?

What about the price of having such a noticable fixture on the horizon? And the wall space, you can't beat that.

How much will your happiness be worth when you can have a study, workshop, bedroom, and labratory and still have enough room for a media room? Or when you realize you have enough storage for all your stuff?

Really, its a matter of trying to putting a price on your happiness as an homeowner.
