I just got the ability to mine with 16 Harvestors and am trying to figure what type of resources are in steady need and around what stats if any I should harvest? I would appreciate any help offered.... I am on the Bria Server

If you're an architect, then quality doesn't matter for most everything except for some steel and ore for harvesters and there HR, SR and UT is important.

If you're looking to sell...

You can go 2 main directions: grind quality or high quality.

For grind quality the quality doesn't matter but teh price will be low 1-3 cpu range. Steel and ore are probably your best bests for steady demand.

For high quality there is a wide varity of materials that different crafting professions want. Usually high OQ is good. Other stats depend on the intended usage. You could check on the armorsmith, weaponsmith, chef and doc forums to see what materials they use. They probably have a list somewhere in their FAQ or guides.

Any big shipwright will always need steel. You can probably get a good price for stuff with high OQ (900+, depends on your server) or OQ/CD (much more server dependent--though 1600+ combined is probably good), though if you can't find stuff with great stats, you can probably sell SWs grind stuff with fair MA/OQ/SR/UT (2000+ combined) as fast as you can harvest it.

We use other stuff, too, aluminum and copper and iron, ore and siliclastic and carbonate ore, radioactives, reactive and inert gas, lubricating oil and fiberplast, but not nearly as much as we do steel. When it comes along, though, any of these with OQ 950+ is a good bet to be desirable.

If i was in your shoes i would always have something down on lok wild wheat and tat fiberplast. I'm not sure about your server, but on Flurry there is always a need for those, evenif it is justgrind quality, since docs go through so much of it.

Then i would keep an eyeout forany high quality flora and inorganics (OQ/PE 900s, high DR is nice and chefs need FL too). Chefs go through a lot of veggies/greens/tubers and docs can use them in stims if they are good enough. I never have a hard time getting rid of high quality fiberplast either (OQ/DR/UT should be high 800s or better).

As far as amout, that depends on your customers entirely and how long the spawn is out. People will need more of a spawnif itquits early and they didn't get a large supply w/ their own harvies.

Sorry I couldn't be more specific, hopefully someone from Bria will get on here and help ya out. 8-)

The best thing to do is to keep an eye on your Galaxy Trade boards for contracts on the resources you are able to mine (mineral, flora etc). Also monitoring SWGCraft for your server is a good idea, to see if any particularly high-stat resources spawn. Anything with good stats is sure to sell to someone.
