Thank you
Second time was after a screwed respect that was supposed to be temproary but a crash before the final respec.... I ground houses (to sell) until Constructions 1, then gungan head statues (a small number of those for sale, the rest practice.
Took 3 days. 7 BER13 heavies digging up ore and gemstone on good locations, plus almost 3 million credits worth of resources from vendors. Not to mention boring as Hell...
Architect is a costly profession, and is not that profitable, unlsee you mine your own resources. I enjoy it myself, but Chef does not compliment it in any way. Depending on the server you would have an extremely hard time servicing your clients as both a chef and an architect and maintaining stock.
ORE. You will never get enough of it really. You need 200k of ore to make 1000 structure modules. You need 1000 structure modules + another 30kish of ore to make 100 walls.A large house is 10 walls. A guild hall is like 17. A medium houseis 5 walls. This is where the resources hogging comes in.
I buy as much ore at 2cpus as I can find, because I loathe mining. At that ...... I charge like 125-150k for a large house which is my best seller by far along with BER 13 Mineral Miners at the same price. I sell factories for like 75k usually. All of these items have been selling fast and often lately, I can't keep up with the walls!
Anyway. Crafting Stations sell OK, Furntiure sells extremely slow, lighting sells ok. Harvestors sell over time, as do Guild Halls and Merchant tents. It helps if you have a few million credits to get you started. I don't do this as a primary source of income, it is more of a hobby when I'm not PvPing.
As far as grinding goes read the above posts as far as speed goes. Personally I'd go up the furniture tree first and make a vendor ful of uniquely named furniture, I suggest dirty named items, people get a kick outta that.
My template is: MArchitect MArtisan MMerchant Tailor 0200 DE 0004 NovWS and NovAs. That is a fully self sufficient architect template, no need to farm out any work. Hope this helps.

Here is a guide to architect that I wrote a while ago. Its a little dated but most of it still applies. Its intended for architects starting out.
OK there are 2 primary ways to grind architect:
