Tumble Blender schematics are usually found on rori, looted from kobola npc

I just looted a Feed Tube from a tusken at the fort, so try there.

My guess is that if you are building just one recycler and you are seeking those two specific parts, you are building a Chemical Recycler. Here is the complete breakdown of what you need and what NPC drops it. Note that there may be sources for some of these parts (like the Tumble Blenders, which are dropped by both Kobola and Spice Collective NPCs) that are dropped by other NPCs than just those listed. Usually, if I give more details, it's because I personally participated in getting that part.

Chemical Recycler
30 units of Gemstone
50 units of Fiberplast
1 Tumbler Blender (see below)
1 Feed Tube (see below)
Manufactured from Looted Schematic
Schematic Uses: 1
Manufacturing schematics allowed: No
Looted from: Various Aakuan on Talus

Tumble Blender
40 units of Ferrous Metal
40 units of Fiberplast
3 Blue Wiring items (see below)
2 Cheap Copper Batteries (see below)
1 Agitator Motor (see below)
Manufactured from Looted Schematic
Schematic Uses: 1
Manufacturing schematics allowed: No
Looted from: Spice Collective on Rori, usually Spice Collective Elite or Heavy guards. Use mission terminals on Rori to find them, look for missions in the 6000 credit range. If you aren't getting them, you need more people in your group to help.

Feed Tube
Looted from: Tuskens on Tatooine

Agitator Motor
40 units of Ferrous Metal
1 Cheap Copper Battery (see below)
2 Red Wiring items (see below)
Manufactured from Looted Schematic
Schematic Uses: 1
Manufacturing schematics allowed: No
Looted from: Canyon Corsair Captains on Lok. A very rare drop, but reportedly less rare if you find them on missions rather than at the POI. This is the part that will cause you the most trouble. The Captains have a CL around 45 to 50 (I haven't hunted them since before the CU, when they were Difficulty Level 50 in the Prima Guide). They also drop Metal Recycler Schematics and Small Power Motors, which are used in the Metal Recyclers.

Blue Wiring item
Looted from: Various Binarye NPCs on Talus. Their POI on Talus drops one about every second or third time you clean the place out. If they drop Heating Elements, keep them for the Metal Recycler.

Red Wiring item
Looted from: Chunker Nitwits on Talus.

Cheap Copper Battery
Looted from: Meatlump Buffoons on Corellia.

Are they still bugged when making them?

Supposedly not. But since they were bugged after Publish 13, fixed, then bugged again after the CU, then fixed again, I expect that the devs will find a way to break them again.

For that matter has anyone actually looted spinnerblades since pub 16?

Or, you could buy the completed item if you don't have the time (or combat ability) to get them. Of course, this all rides on you having a good sized wad of cash to blow on said recyclers as well.

Here is a thread on the recyclers from the Items and Loot forum.

The workaround involves using a macro to finish the crafting process, but I believe they are currently working OK (at least until they break them again). But that workaround was not 100% reliable either.

I've looted over 8 spinner blades, but that was about two weeks before the CU (Pub 17?) on Radiant. Took about a week of nightly genocide on Hidden Daggers on Corellia, but I got 'em. However, the Tuskens have been stingy with their feed tubes. Haven't seen one since the CU broke, er, appeared on the scene.
