Also, the resource spawn is lasting many days whereas the wind sites would sometimes dry up quickley. Also it was easy to make, no wallsand I only experimented with my measley two points for storage. I had to go up one skill box to get a structure storage module but it was worth it. And cheaper than spending 90K for a fusion I couldn't make well unless I was near to master. I won't stay in architect much longer but it may be a good way for other Starting Architects, Artisans and Elite Crafters to run their harvesters. I tried to sell some solars in the bazaar but no one wanted them. I am Architect 0,0,2,1. I read in the forum to go right to fusion or buy energy. I think that SOLAR was overlooked. Does anyone know if I hadnt experimented on storage if my actual BER would be less? I don't always like to experiment because with only two points you can sometimes make things worse. Also has anyone else noticed the actual BER on Solars is more than the printed one?

Well people usually say go with Fusion, because the power you get with fusion is so much more per unit. And maintaining a fusion generator isn't that expensive, plus you pull so much more with the BER 14.

That's about exactly what you should be getting at BER 8. 8 × 0.48 × 60 × 24 = 5529.6 units/day.

Solars are pretty much overlooked because they cost a lot more to make than windmills and windmills can max at BER 9. Solars take 4k resources and windmills are only 260 resources.

Not sure if you realize it but the PE Potential Energy on Fusion Power gives it a boost 5k of solar is pretty much 5k of power where 5k of fusion with a PE of say 750 will give you 7500 units or power yielded. Not sure if I explained this correctly but if the fusion PE is 750-900 whatever you get close to double the amount of usable power for the same 5k of fusion. I.E.
Walk up to add 5k solar power to an extractor and it says you can add up to 5000 units of power
Walk up to add 5k fusion power to same extractor and it says you can add up to 7500 units of power
14BER and depending on PE its 1.5 - 2 times more power, itreally makes fusion worth while for managing large numbers of extractors. If your only maintaining 5-10 extractors theres nothing wrong with Solar but on a larger scale fusion pays off better.

Yes, the formula for Power is a factor of the PE rating, the PE rating divided by 500 will give you the ratio of power to units, with a lowest value of 1:1 (meaning any PE below 500 counts as if it were 500).
by example :
Radioactive with PE of 971 = 971/500 = 1.942 : 1 = every 1,000 units gives 1,942 energy units
Radioactive with PE of 825 = 825/500 = 1.704 : 1 = every 1,000 units gives 1,704 energy units
Radioactive with PE of633 = 633/500 = 1.266 : 1 = every 1,000 units gives 1,266 energy units
Radioactive with PE of 500 or below= 500/500 = 1: 1 = every 1,000 units gives 1,000 energy units
this is almost certainly included in the FAQ.
....damn, I've already started ghosting, sorry

Don't apologize. It was meant to be humorous. Btw maybe I misread it, but did you just quit architect or did you quit the game too?

Quit, gone, out of it all, in a couple of days the subscription ends, and with it goes Bandola

If I were to come back, then rest assured I would sneak in quietly, strike when you least expected it, and disappear with your wealth, your business, your house, even your wife and kids and dog, before you even knew it had happened. (jk)
