Umm, didn't you at least look at the schematics you were learning? Maybe read the Architect FAQ?

Well if you're going alphabetically, Armorsmith would be next.

Well, they are probably like me and don't like it when people just grind gungan heads to master our profession (Really that item its a disgrace to our profession)

It you are serious about it LOOK THROUGH THE FAQ there is a reason why its called FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

And, the architect forums are the friendliest profession forums....so better hope you never go armorsmith

For starters:

For buildings (harvesters, houses, city buildings, ...) :
Get tons of low grade ore and metal, start a factory making structure modules and then walls.

For furniture:
Get a large stack of leather and wooly hide.

Some people do one or the other, depends on what you like to do.

Are you a civic engineer?

Want to do furniture?

Specialize in harvs?

Be an interior decorator and spruce up people's houses?

You want... ORE!! (unless you blow off houses as a pain)

You need scout for furniture! (unless....)

You need to market! Ads on the bazaar, either with regular sales, specially named items, discount items, etc....

You need to spam a starport! Unless you are afraid that you'll piss off more potential customers than attract....

You need to suck up, kiss ass, smooch everyone, and lot trade your ass off! (nless, like myself, you don't want to)

Yah, um..... you ask a damn vague question, you're not going to get better answers. Only tip I can give you is, If you're a guy, don't run around the Castro district in San Francisco unless you want guys propositioning you.

(and there's a wealth of info in the faqs. Seriously: why should we be broken records?)

Why do people pay to play a MMORPG but not want to interact with other people?
Why, SOELA, why? Did the entire management join a cult, and at the same time perform home lobotomies?
It takes less time to look at the stickies than to ask a question and wait for sarcastic replies. So please oh PLEASE ask the same question many times. I enjoy the sarcastic remarks.

FIrst of all you need to pick a side in the lot trade and resource hording debates those are the hot ones lately. Plus you of course should decide if you want to argue undercutter or gouger in the pricing wars. It would help of course if you chip in on the "we want new stuff and buggs fixed and why do the devs ignore us" whine fests. Next one is scheduled for Fall when we'll be celebrating the 2 year anniversary of the broken experiemintation on the fusion gens. Oh, and once a month we take a solid week to complain about repeating and bugged Bestine museum paintings, make sure to get in on that thread now.

...whats that? Game? What game?

ps. joking aside, check out the FAQ. If you have questions after that let us know.
