With master architect, and using steel with all 3 stats above 900, i got the mining unit at 95% and 10 with the final assembly.

Need that uber steel tho.

Not sure than an 11 medium is possible..

I was able to get a 10 and still have a point or two left over to experiment on storage..wooohoo

I took a base 4 LOMU with exceptional steel and ore up to 97% and was still at 10. 11 might be possible but you are going to need some amazing resources, possibly even a 5 LOMU.

hmm... a 9 on a medium, not sure if thats good or not. I Just made BER 9 Wind Generators, so would say that doesn't look so good to get a BER 9 on medium harvesters.
