Every now and again I go look at my servers forum and every time I reminded of two things:
1. Why I don't go there.
2. Why I love you all here so much.
That place is nothing but name calling and flaming and on the whole a bunch of guys swinging and measuring parts of their anatomy.
When I have a question about the game I ask here and I always get an answer.
When I make a comment here, even one that could be interpreted as somewhat argumentative (although I really don't mean it as a flame), no flame war is started.
I can't say how much my enjoyment of this game has been improved by the smuggler cabal, I just wish my subscription fees went to you all.

I agree,..have you read the General any topic forum....geesh they rip you up with imaginary titles of imaginary groups that work to burn "noobs" at the stake.
I think I am going to start posting particularly noobish things there from now on...it reminds me of the Dennis Leary song, "I'm a [forum edit]hole".....I park postin handicapped spaces while handicapped people make handicapped faces...and thats how I imagine people when they decide to flame over a minor infraction to their percieved set of rules.

i couldn't agree more...
i don't even bother going to my galaxy forum anymore. there are 5 or 6 guys on there that flame and rip any and every post, just because they have nothing better to do while at work. besides, this is the best place to be anyway...

Yeah, ya sure he isn't on Bloodfin? I stopped going in that forum many moons ago.

Nah, I'm on Corbantis and it's pretty lame...pretty much dominated by the PvP "studs" and their soap operas.
I rarely go there. I never ask anyone for any information. It's all just a big soap opera there.

Yeah, the Sunrunner baords can get really annoying at times. The smuggler boards are just fantastic.

I have no need to look at my server board. Basically it's for those people who want to be numero uno on their server. I'm not a holo-grinder and plan on sticking with my profession for quite sometime. Everytime I travel around I do a search for smugglers, so I can speak with them and put them on my friends list. It is full of fellow smugglers, except for the uber WS, AS, Surveyor contact I know. A Union is always stronger than a Competitor.
