Thread: Wayfar shuttle
Does Mos Taike have a shuttle now, too?

I kinda liked Wayfar as the hole in the desert that was hard to find. Good for meetings under the radar.

I hope not. Ah well, there's still the oases (oasises?) or the Darklighter Estate.

QFE
That was one of the huge draws of that little place to me. It was out of the way and felt like it wanted to stay that way.

Yep, yep. That's where I chose to grind my first profession, Brawler, pre-cu. Peaceful there, no spammers, no lag. I learned all the basic controls there, too. And, when I thought I could do it solo, tackled Jabba's Palace (my first quest) with barely any skill. Now, that was a whole lot of fun.

i believe its because some parts of the new Legacy quest will have you heading out to Jabbas and surrounding area. Adding a shuttle to wayfar just make it more accesble for everyone. Not every server has a player city out that way.
By that logic, could they put a shuttle at Kun's Temple then?
That rebel quest is a royal pain.

kinda makes the ability to land at Jabba's palace seem not as special.
that was my first reaction
I'll still land at Jabba's just because I can. I've landed there before just to have people go "You can land here? How?" I also landed there once just to see an overt imp trying to load gank me. I was only combatant at the time, but I was wearing my full suit of rebel faction armor. Ended up dueling him and beating him twice in a row before he left. He was BH/ Carbs / CM, he just wasn't very good at it.
As far as out of the way places, Mos Taike is the best. I remember back when I was a wee newbie and couldn't afford a vehicle yet. I ended up in Mos Taike for a while, and stayed there gambling with2 other guys for an hour. There was even a dancer there at the time, too.
wow thank you soe.
I really loved Wayfar and Taike cuz there were no shuttles. Those 2 little villages in the desert are awesome. I can't say how many hundreds of missions I run from their terminals, how many hours I spent as a noob healing myself in the cantine/med center ...
I hate wayfar with a shuttle.
