Check the technical help forum, there are issues with terminals swallowing spacecraft, it is supposed to be fixed with todays update.

I got the mood first time. I simply failed to notice that there was an issue with ships at the moment. Its hard to keep ahead of the bugs in this game.

The devs finally did it, they finally made me feel all smugglery! Way to go team!
yep thats right... they did it!
I flew my Trusty YT into Tyrenna went out and did some errends and when i came back it seems the port authorities had impounded my ship! And i wasnt even not smuggling anything! but still the suspicion helped imerse me in the roguish world we all crave. I have to say the flavor text could use a bit of work "(unlocalized) the starship terminal blah blah blah..." but hey great effort none the less! I'm sure they are working on making it better! in fact i bet this is just the start of a series of encounters where I'll have to slice, or bribe or sneak in somewhere to get my ship back! I knew if i just kept the faith the devs would finally come through for me!
